Abstract: Increases the annual registration fee for permits for trucks carrying liquefied petroleum gas.
Present law prohibits a tanker truck with a water capacity of 1,000 gallons or more from transporting liquefied petroleum gas until it has been registered with the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Commission and an annual registration fee of $50 has been paid.
Proposed law changes the annual registration fee in present law from $50 to up to $150.
